Please note that medical institutions have the right to require patients to submit relevant medical information for review. The review is the responsibility of the medical institution, and the medical assistant team cannot make judgments on its behalf. In addition, if the application is rejected due to false information, no refund will be given.

    • [Medical Assistant] has a registered name of the Japanese Yuan Guarantee Agency, and can assist patients with the application required for treatment in Japan. We have hundreds of cases of assistance in medical treatment in Japan, as well as rich experience in clinical trial medical treatment. Please note that this service needs to be carried out together with the monthly communication consultation administrative fee plan. We provide mailing services for medical institution applications, translation of medical conditions, document confirmation, and contact windows for medical institutions.
    • The review is the responsibility of the medical institution, and [Medical Assistant] can only provide assistance based on the information published by the institution, and there is no guarantee that the application will be approved. If the hospital refuses to accept or returns the documents due to false information, no refund will be given.
    • [Medical Assistant] The materials produced are only used for communication with the hospital and will not be delivered to patients. This fee is non-refundable once produced.

    The application fee on behalf of you is ¥550,000 (excluding 10% consumption tax). In addition, please inquire about the application fee for heavy ions and proton beams.
