針對尚未進行治療的胃癌進行的第三階段臨床實驗，使用的是ramucirumab（標靶藥，抗VEGFR抗體），對象為胃癌、胃食道接合處癌，使用點滴方式。進行時間為2015/1~2018/4月，目前有在美國、德國、日本（預計）等國家進行。 預計，招募志願者為616名。
